Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) is a Broadridge initiative that leverages the value of women’s perspectives on diversity and inclusion opportunities. We recognized the need for a women’s initiative based on feedback from our own associates, our Board of Directors, and our clients. By better understanding the experiences of women, actions can be taken to remove barriers for women’s advancement at Broadridge and better address the needs of our clients, while leveraging the strengths of what we already do well.

While each associate plays an important role in the progress of our company, true success at Broadridge comes from our ability to come together as a team … a team where all associates are respected, engaged, and where diverse perspectives are valued. We channel both our similarities and our differences into our shared vision; enabling Broadridge to offer extraordinary value to our clients and shareholders.

Women’s Leadership Forum Launched

The initiative was launched in early 2010 with a select group of senior women representing a diverse and global blend of all divisions and corporate areas within Broadridge. The group articulated the vision and defined the WLF’s strategic objectives.

The WLF Mission Statement

The WLF has the following committees to develop programs, tools, and communications aligned with the forum’s objectives:

Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion

For Broadridge, focus on diversity and inclusion is a strategic imperative. The WLF is an extension of the Executive Diversity Council and its efforts in support of diversity and inclusion. A key element of our commitment to diversity and inclusion is ensuring that we attract, develop, retain and support a diverse workforce. This is not only the right thing to do … it is imperative to our business. Our clients are increasingly global and diverse, and they want to work with organizations that reflect and value that global diversity.

Leveraging diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment is the way we do business at Broadridge. This is not because we have to, but because each of us is essential; each of us is indispensable.
